General Guidelines
Please review these important guidelines before registering for any event
Important Information for All Participants
- Registration and Participation in person is Mandatory for all the events.
- Faculty, Research scholars/Associates, Under Graduate students, Post graduate students & Private sector delegates & Entrepreneurs belonging to the Medical, Dental, Paramedical, Engineering, Biotechnology and Arts & Science can participate in this conference.
- Mention your speciality in the abstract.
- Mention the event of participation (Paper/e-poster/Innovation presentation/ Idea pitching).
- Mention the category (Faculty, Research scholars/Associates, Under Graduate students, Post graduate students & Private sector delegates & Entrepreneurs) in the abstract form.
- All Under/Post graduates should attach a bonafide certificate from their respective department HOD.
- Adherence to time limit, rules and regulations of scientific committee is mandatory for all the events.
- Presenter and one co-author will get the certificate in paper and e-poster category. It's mandatory that Co-Author(s) should be a registered participant.
- Scientific committee reserves the rights to send back or reject the abstracts/presentations which don't adhere to the guidelines mentioned in the respective sections.
- Scientific committee reserves the rights to change paper to poster presentation and will be informed well in advance to the participants. (applicable for Under graduates).
- Paper Presentations and E-Posters will be evaluated separately under two domains -- Health Sciences and Non-Health Sciences -- and further classified for Delegates, Postgraduates, and Undergraduates.
- Idea Pitching and Innovation Presentation entries will be judged uniformly across all participant categories by a common expert panel.
- Decision of scientific committee is final.
- All the papers will be published in ISBN proceedings (Alloted ISBN: 978-93-344-6098-8).
- All the selected papers will be published in scopus indexed journal.
Presentation Events

Poster Presentation
Showcase your research through visual presentations and engage in one-on-one discussions.
- 3 ft × 4 ft portrait orientation
- Max 250 words abstract
- Only one co-author allowed
- Clear visuals and minimal text
- Interactive session format
Innovation Presentations
Showcase a developed prototypes, processes or technological solutions that address real-world challenges in healthcare, biotechnology, engineering, or allied sciences.
- Focuses on projects or products already developed or partially implemented
- Demonstrates how the innovation works, its feasibility
- Ideal for those who already have something built, tested or demonstrated
- 10-minute presentation (8 minutes + 2 minutes discussion)
- One main innovator and one co-innovator allowed
Idea Pitching
Present a novel concept or start-up idea with a clear problem-solution-innovation pathway, even if not yet developed into a prototype.
- Focuses on creative, original ideas still in the conceptual or early development stage
- Participants must convince judges of the idea's innovation value, feasibility, potential societal or healthcare impact & market potential
- 15-minute pitch (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion)
- Teams of 1 to 4 members are permitted
